Setup guide
This is the setup required when using Uni-motion for the first time. Follow the instructions to set it up.
Assembling the sensor holder
*Please do not put the Uni-sensor in the holder when assembling the sensor holder and setting up the belt.
1. Place so that the hole for the LED is on the top right.
2. Fold the bottom and insert it into the slit.
3. Insert the other side to complete the holder. Make sure the holes for the LEDs are in the correct position.

Two of each of the following three types of belts are included. Please check that there are no mistakes in the enclosed items.

For chest and waist: those with buckles

For the thigh (thigh): a long object with Velcro

For the lower leg (shin): a short one with Velcro
1. Pass the rubber belt through the slit in the sensor holder.
Thigh and lower leg belts should have the velcro facing up as shown in the image.
*Please note that the sensor holder may be damaged if you force it through.
2. Pass the thigh and lower leg belts through the ring at the end and fold them back to make a loop as shown in the image.
3. Adjust the length of the chest and waist belts by passing them through the buckles as shown in the image.

Install USB driver
A USB driver must be installed to connect the Uni-station to a computer. Please check the sticker attached to the bottom of the Uni-station to see if it is "UMR-00" or "UMR-01".
1.If the model number is "UMR-00" or "UMR-02"
After downloading the following driver, right-click the file, "Extract All", and then double-click "CP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe" (for 64bit) to execute it.
2.If the model number is "UMR-01"
After downloading the following driver, right-click the file, "Extract All", and then double-click "DRVSETUP64.EXE" in the "DRVSETUP64" folder to execute it. Then click INSTALL.
Preparation of Uni-station and Uni-sensor
1. Connect the Uni-station to your computer with the included USB cable.
*Caution* Do not install the Uni-station in a place where the temperature is high, such as the exhaust port of a PC.
Communication with PC will be poor, or in the worst case it may fail.
2.Put AA batteries in the Uni-sensor and make it active (LED lit).
Start Uni-studio

Launch SteamVR. Make sure the VR headset is properly recognized as shown in the image.

Launch Uni-studio from the Windows Start menu. The Uni-motion driver will be installed at the first startup. If the following dialog appears, Please restart SteamVR and Uni-studio.
After restarting, select the COM port on the upper right and press the [Connect] button.
*If there are multiple COM ports, select the COM port that will be added when the Uni-station is inserted.
The connection is successful when the connection status icon on the upper right of the screen switches to green.

Checking the sensor number and attaching the sticker

Power off all Uni-sensors.

Turn on the Uni-sensors one by one and check the sensor number on Uni-studio.

Affix a sticker with a number corresponding to each sensor.
Update Uni-motion
Please update Uni-motion, following the steps written in the Uni-motion Update Guide.
