By downloading, you agree to the terms below.
This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is based on the provision of motion capture for VR to users by Uni Devices, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") under the name of "Uni-studio". The terms and conditions regarding the use of the software (hereinafter referred to as "this software") are defined between the user and the Company.
Article 1 (Agreement to these Terms)
The user shall use this software in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. Unless the user agrees to this agreement, the user cannot use this software.
Article 2 (Software License)
1. When using this software, non-exclusive use is granted to users who have downloaded this software on the condition that they comply with this agreement. The copyright and other rights of this software belong to our company.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any defects (including security-related defects, errors, bugs, and infringements of rights) regarding the Software, and the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, and suitability for a specific purpose. without any express or implied warranty of suitability.
3. When using this software, the user shall not engage in any of the following prohibited actions unless express consent has been separately obtained from the Company.
(1) Reproduce all or part of this software.
(2) Modify all or part of the source code of functions, documents, and programs belonging to this software.
(3) Reverse engineering, disassembling, or deciphering the source code in any other way for an illegal purpose or manner.
(4) Transfer, lend or license this software to a third party.
(5) Use this software for advertising, commercial purposes, or solicitation.
(6) Violate any law, court judgment, decision or order, or any legally binding administrative action;
(7) Violating the rights of the Company or a third party (including intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, honor rights, privacy rights, and other legal or contractual rights). .
(8) Assisting or encouraging acts that fall under any of (1) to (7) above.
(9) Other acts that the Company reasonably deems inappropriate.
4. If we reasonably deem it necessary, we may change all or part of this software (including version upgrade of this software) at any time without notifying the user in advance. (not limited to), and we may stop providing it.
5. This software may include software under an open source license or modifications thereof (hereinafter referred to as "open source software"). Open Source Software is licensed pursuant to the terms of the license applicable to such Open Source Software (“Open Source License”). This Agreement does not limit your rights under each open source license, nor does it confer any rights in lieu thereof. If there are conflicting provisions between these Terms and each open source license, the content of the applicable open source license shall prevail and apply only to the inconsistent part.
Article 3 (Changes to these Terms)
If we deem it necessary, we can change this agreement within the scope of the purpose of providing this software. In that case, the Company will inform the customer of the content and effective date of the revised Terms by displaying them on the Software or on the Company's website, or by notifying the customer in a manner specified by the Company. The revised Terms shall take effect from the effective date.
Article 4 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The original text of this Agreement shall be Japanese, and the governing law shall be Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance for disputes arising between the user and the Company arising out of or in connection with the use of this software.
